Shipping & Returns

Delivery Area: Little Thinker delivers only within the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Timeframe: Orders are delivered within 1 to 4 business days.
Delivery Charges:
- Delivery within Abu Dhabi is free of charge.
- For other Emirates/cities, shipping is free for orders over AED 200.
- For orders below AED 200, a shipping charge of AED 10 will be applied.
Important: To avoid delivery delays, please ensure that your full address and contact details are provided accurately.
Business Days: Saturday to Thursday. Holidays and Fridays are not included in the shipping days.

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Refunds:
- Items may be eligible for return or refund if a valid complaint is raised.
- If an item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Sealed items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or unsealed by the customer.
- Items can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Inspection: Once the returned item(s) are received, Little Thinker will inspect the item and notify you of the return/refund status.
Refund Processing:
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card or otherwise).
- Refunds may take up to 45 days to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
